Creative Book Builder v1.7

Creative Book Builder v1.7 is released.

Here are new features:

1. Glossary functions

2. Add file from URL (image, video, etc)

3. Auto resize image if it is too large

4. Change font family, color, and size of chapter's heading and title element

5. Enable or disable default font name and font size (if disabled, ePub reader other than iBooks can change font name and font size dynamically)

6. Fix bug for kindle format generation problem

7. Fix bug for adding question and answers
